Registration page for customers using Insurance for group therapy.

If you have Cigna, Healthfirst, GHI (teachers, healthcare professionals), Emblem, Empire/NYSHIP, Beacon Health, MVP, Medicare, or Fidelis you can register on this page to reserve your spot in any of our therapy groups. 

All spots must be reserved in advance of the first group meeting. Please be aware that some plans have deductibles and you may be responsible for all payments to attend the group .If you have additional questions, please e-mail us at messages@nycreativetherapists.com.

What if I have a co-pay? This $40 will be applied to those payments.

What if I don't have a co-pay? The $40 deposit will be reimbursed after your insurance has paid the first claim we submit.

What if I am out-0f-network?  You need to return to the registration page for the group and pay in full.  You will be reimbursed directly by your insurer. We will file those claims for you.
