De-Stress Studio

An open arts studio for youth ages 15- 17 who work so hard and achieve so much that they may already be headed for burnout! To stay on top of your game and ahead of the pack you must take care of yourself —otherwise you're not giving your brain the opportunity to be as brilliant as it can be. (Just google Ariana Huffington or read what these successful entrepreneurs have to say in Fast Company). This group will help you re-set your brain and your nervous system while having fun and being creative. It's a great way to end the week before you start working on that AP Chem project due next week.

Fridays 4:30 - 5:30pm
11 Peekskill Road, Cold Spring
$120 for six sessions. Includes all art materials. 
Fee is $20/session. Use your health insurance to participate.
