Art Therapy Group for Grief and Loss

For adults who have lost a family member or friend to alcohol or drugs, this supportive group will provide a safe and confidential environment to process your loss and effectively mourn. The group is run by a skilled art therapist and substance abuse counselor with over twenty years experience working with families and active substance users. Give yourself the gift of setting aside the time to try to make sense of all that has happened and to move forward in your own life. Art activities will be relevant, grounding, and comforting. No art skill or experience expected.

Thursdays 6:00-7:00 - BI-WEEKLY
11 Peekskill Road, Cold Spring
$200 for six sessions. Includes all art materials. 
Fee is $35/session. Use your health insurance to participate.  
For adults and older children (with permission of instructor)
