Jayne is a graduate of Lesley University’s master’s program in Expressive Arts Therapy. Jayne’s own art practice brought her into the field of creative arts therapy. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families in school and clinical settings. Jayne’s approach combines art and talk therapy, and utilizes several creative modalities including visual art, movement, yoga, mindfulness, music, writing, drama, and play. She believes in the creative arts as a powerful form of self expression. Jayne strives to create an inclusive, supportive, and playful environment that promotes self-compassion, self-understanding, and positive growth. Jayne graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a minor in Religious Studies. When not at work, Jayne finds balance by jotting down poetry, practicing yoga, or cooking her favorite meals.
