Elizabeth is a psychotherapist and board-certified creative arts therapist, combining traditional talk therapy with creative and somatic approaches to support healing and personal growth. She integrates evidence-based techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
