Welcome to New York Creative Therapists. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns of our services and products. By making a purchase through our website (the “Site”), you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our therapy services, we do not offer refunds for any sessions or services or trainings purchased. By scheduling and purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

In-Person and Virtual Therapy Sessions

Session Fees: All fees for in-person and virtual therapy sessions are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and paid for, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule unless specified under our cancellation policy below.

Packages: All therapy session packages purchased are non-refundable. Packages must be used within the specified time frame as per the agreement.

Cancellation Policy

In-Person Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule an in-person therapy session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

Virtual Sessions: For virtual therapy sessions, the same 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

Exceptions

In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending your scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may offer a one-time exception to our policy at our discretion.
