Arts-based supervision: How to be a better supervisor and supervisee

The arts are powerful tools in the clinical space, allowing clients to express themselves in ways that words cannot. This is also true in supervision, allowing supervisees to understand their work in potentially deeper ways and build a stronger supervisory relationship. This course will provide theoretical frameworks to support egalitarian supervision. We will also engage in a creative practice that can be used to strengthen the educational and supportive aspects of supervision.
