Organizations delivering human services contain countless narratives. Mental health professionals often become informal consultants when colleagues seek their perspective beyond clinical work. This workshop explores connections between therapeutic practice and organizational consulting, examining how the persona of the mental health practitioner may act as a container for institutional dynamics and trauma. Participants will discover emerging trends and reimagine boundary-spanning professional journeys.

- Identify at least 3 key characteristics of process consultation, and describe how these characteristics align with creative arts therapy practices
- Reflect on the iceberg metaphor for understanding organizational culture, with particular attention to power dynamics in human service systems
