“Creativity is a mindset. It’s about being open, curious, and playful in how we see ourselves and approach our relationships. It’s about expanding our beliefs, trying out new ways of doing things, messing up, and starting again. We can be creative while making art, gardening, or putting a toddler into a car seat.”

Something that matters to me

I want my clients to feel like they can be themselves when they walk into the therapy room. This might look like making tea at the start of a session, taking their shoes off, playing their favorite music, leading the session, asking to be led with specific therapy directives, making art, talking a little, or talking a lot. I will always check in to make sure my clients are staying true to themselves and are getting what they want out of their sessions.
