Virtual & Group Therapy

New Groups Start Sept 16
Julia provides an empathic space to explore life's challenges and let go of patterns that no longer serve you. Her focus is providing group and individual art therapy for young adults. Drawing from a humanistic and existential approach, in individual sessions you can expect to slow down, visualize who you really are and who you want to be. Julia is also an Alumna of the Fulbright Program, where she has had the opportunity to work with individuals from all over the world and witness the power creativity has to build human connection and foster community. In her art therapy group sessions, you can expect a structured space to connect with others that are passionate about the same thing: how art heals.

“We all need a space for healing, why not do it together and do it with art.”

Something that matters to me

I like to consider myself a therapist that makes art and an artist that works in mental health. It is important for me to explore my own creative self since I am asking the same thing from others. This photo illustrates the medium I most enjoy working with as an artist and art therapist. Collage allows me the space to express myself and build associations from found images that already exist.
