Something that matters to me

What matters to me is making space for all of our truths- good, bad, and everything in between. To be present with what is beautiful to us, that gives us energy and peace, while simultaneously being fully present with our pain and struggles, all within the safety of a therapeutic relationship, is a truly healing experience. I believe that the more we can connect to our multiple truths within ourselves, the more we are able to make space and openings in our lives.
