Something that matters to me

One of my first formative memories is afternoons of painting along to Bob Ross tutorials. I have always found a way to incorporate creative expression into parts of my day, and inevitably into my life’s purpose. I see art therapy as a means of healing, a tool for emotional regulation, and an aid in addressing disparities in mental health care. I support processing feelings through the use of various art materials, ensuring the creative process is completed in a well cared for environment.
