This picture is something that matters to me

This painting was created in a moment when I was reimagining my path and felt pulled toward art therapy. The bright colors and layered shapes hold my curiosity, strength, and hope, while the softer, shifting forms remind me of the flexibility and possibilities in life. For me, making art is a way to pause, listen inward, and see my experiences from new angles. In art therapy, this process provides a safe place to explore what’s beneath the surface and discover new ways forward.
