Brooklyn studio and Virtual

Yenny has a Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling from The College of New Rochelle. Her work approaches are client-centered and a combination of creative arts and talk therapy. She provides a safe space for self exploration and to challenge unhealthy learned behaviors. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, self-identity, life changes, and culturalism. Her work with different age populations has given her insight in the importance of mental health across cultures and understanding cultural boundaries in different aspects of therapy. She values honesty and transparency when building a therapeutic relationship, welcoming the client's voice in what is best for the individual. Her aspiration is to work with the Hikikomori population in Japan and introduce art therapy.
